Cloud Commander VR (jam edition)

This was created in 3 days for the 1st Godot XR Game Jam.

I didn't really get to adding the "game" part, but you can fly the airplane (grab the flight stick with the "grip" button and move it forward/backward and left/right) and shoot the gun (press the "trigger" button while holding the flight stick).

After about 10 seconds, the UFO will spawn and you can shoot it. (If you hit it, there's particles and sound, but you can't destroy it.)

The original goal was to make an arcade bullet hell type thing where waves of enemies appear and shoot at you and you shoot back at them. However, within the time constraints of the jam, I didn't get that far.

WebXR version:

If you open up this page in the Meta Browser on your Meta Quest headset, you can play they game without downloading anything!

1. Click "Run game" above
2. Then after it loads, click "Enter VR"
3. You'll get a popup at the bottom asking for permission to go into immersive VR mode, click "Allow"
